Much noise was made when it turned out that Code Masters' "NEW release" {Pro Boxing Simulator|Code Masters Ltd} was in fact {By Fair Means...or Foul|Superior Software Ltd} with only a changed opening screen and different packaging.#Their explanation for this fiasco was that it really was a new release: for them to be exact.#Code Masters ultimately decided to reissue their version with an appropriate notice on the inlay and to give the money back to everyone who bought the game expecting to get something new.
